- Product Knowledge
- Business Development
- Revenue Management / Non-Profit Event Management
- Goal Setting and Accountability
- Analyzing Data and Inventory
- Customer Service and Acquisition
- Human Resources and Recruiting
- Financial Planning and Accounting
No direct management experience is required for this role since the training we provide is so extensive.
These are the qualities and qualifications that our most successful team members embody:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or hospitality
