Business Management Trainee – Entry Level
We’re hiring Entry-Level Business Management Trainees for a hands-on career development program supporting nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, community outreach, marketing, and fundraising campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in paid management training and mentorship
- Learn business operations, leadership, marketing, and campaign management
- Coordinate community outreach, fundraising, and promotional events
- Support event logistics, team coordination, and campaign execution
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members
- Build relationships with community and business partners
- Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
