What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers and community members
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and support
- Represent nonprofit organizations and campaigns at events and promotional activities
- Introduce customers and community members to programs, services, and charitable initiatives
- Answer questions and provide clear information about campaigns and programs
- Support community outreach, fundraising, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives
- Assist with event registration, information booths, campaign materials, and on-site activities
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication
- Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
