We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable communication, customer service, and professional skills.
No previous experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
- Assist customers with products, services, and general inquiries
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals
- Complete additional responsibilities as needed
