We are currently hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support customer engagement, community outreach, and in-person campaigns.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you build valuable customer service, communication, sales, and leadership skills.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers and community members in person
- Answer questions and provide information about client programs and services
- Represent clients at events and community outreach locations
- Create positive customer experiences
- Assist with event setup and daily campaign activities
- Work with a team to meet daily goals
- Participate in training and professional development
