What You’ll Do
As a Management Trainee, you’ll participate in hands-on training designed to prepare you for future leadership roles. You’ll learn by doing—supporting outreach campaigns, mentoring team members, and assisting with day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in leadership and business training with experienced mentors
- Support outreach events, including logistics, staffing, and public engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, venues, and community organizations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally, empathetically, and with integrity
