Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Engage with community members through face-to-face marketing and customer interactions.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, products, and community programs.
• Assist with donor acquisition, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign support.
• Build positive relationships with supporters, customers, and community partners.
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Utilize CRM systems and campaign tracking tools to document interactions and monitor performance.
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development training.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude while representing clients.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework is a plus but not required).
• Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with diverse audiences.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
