We’re hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and community-focused campaigns through face-to-face marketing, live events, and outreach.

Sales & Marketing Associate Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and brands at live events, community activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers and community members through face-to-face marketing.
• Educate the public about charitable initiatives, brand missions, and community programs.
• Support customer acquisition, lead generation, and campaign growth.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.
• Maintain campaign records and track performance using basic CRM tools.
• Participate in ongoing training in sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.
