What You'll Do
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll help represent client brands and create positive experiences for customers and event attendees.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail activations, and community marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience
- Answer customer questions using knowledge gained through paid brand and product training
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples, promotional materials, and information
- Assist customers with orders, registrations, sign-ups, and promotional activities
- Explain product features, promotions, and campaign information clearly and professionally
- Collect customer feedback and identify common questions or concerns
- Track event activity, customer engagement, and feedback to help improve campaign performance and customer experience
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization, and on-site operations
- Collaborate with Event Coordinators and team members to help ensure successful events
