Business Development Representative — Entry-Level Sales & Marketing
We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is an entry-level position designed for people who are ready to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a foundation for a long-term career in sales, marketing, and business development.
Whether you’re a recent graduate, changing careers, or simply looking for an opportunity where your communication skills and personality can make a difference, we provide the training and support you need to get started.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers and community members through in-person conversations
- Represent clients and partner organizations at events, promotions, and outreach activities
- Introduce customers to products, services, and campaign initiatives
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Support customer acquisition and brand-awareness campaigns
- Record leads, customer interactions, and outreach activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams
- Participate in coaching and professional development sessions
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
