Customer Service Assistant – Entry Level
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team and help support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the local area.
This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. You’ll learn how to represent brands, communicate with customers, explain products and services, and support promotional campaigns in a professional and engaging environment.

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the products and services we represent
- Represent brands professionally during promotional events and campaigns
- Interact directly with customers and provide helpful product information
- Answer customer questions and help identify products or services that meet their needs
- Create positive and engaging customer experiences
- Assist with promotional campaign setup, maintenance, and breakdown
- Follow event, retail, and brand guidelines
- Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to team members
- Work with the team to meet customer service and campaign goals
- Participate in local marketing events and promotional activities
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers
Customer Service Assistant Requirements
- No previous experience required – full training is provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to learn product information and apply feedback
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
