We are currently hiring for an entry-level management position within our growing event marketing team in Boise. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and leadership development.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting nonprofit fundraising and charity events, while developing the skills needed to advance into a management position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing event marketing campaigns and local community outreach initiatives
- Support and lead a team of brand ambassadors in promotional marketing environments
- Interact with the public to promote nonprofit causes through face-to-face customer service and sales
- Contribute to public relations efforts by building relationships within the Boise community
- Help drive donations and awareness for nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Train and mentor team members, supporting our internal leadership development program
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results
What We’re Looking For
