Responsibilities
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about products, services, promotions, and client programs
Answer customer questions and help identify appropriate solutions
Create positive and engaging customer experiences
Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations
Assist with event setup, customer outreach, and promotional activities
Maintain accurate customer and campaign information when required
Work closely with team members to accomplish campaign objectives
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities
