Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training
We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional events, and community outreach activities in the Boise area.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain practical experience in marketing, promotions, communications, customer service, and event support.
No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with promotional events and community outreach activities
- Interact with customers and members of the public in a professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
- Support event setup, organization, and day-of activities
- Help distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign information
- Answer customer questions and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at events
- Collect customer feedback and share observations with the team
- Work with team members to complete daily promotional activities
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Follow established procedures and client guidelines
Qualifications

Previous experience is not required.

Work Environment
This is a customer-facing, event-based position. Team members may spend a significant portion of the workday interacting with customers and members of the public at community and promotional events.
The schedule may include weekdays and occasional evenings or weekends, depending on event requirements.
