Donor Engagement Representative – Entry Level
We’re hiring Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals, recent graduates, career changers, and candidates looking to begin a career in fundraising, nonprofit outreach, community engagement, and customer relations.
No previous experience is required. Comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with members of the community and prospective donors
- Educate individuals about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and fundraising initiatives
- Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional and positive manner
- Build genuine connections through friendly, informative conversations
- Help increase awareness and support for important community causes
- Participate in outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate and professional communication with prospective supporters
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and engagement goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous fundraising or nonprofit experience. We’re looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Interested in fundraising, nonprofit work, community outreach, public relations, or customer engagement
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, events, or community outreach is a plus — but not required.
