Promotional Customer Service Representative – Entry Level
We’re hiring Promotional Customer Service Representatives to support live events, community outreach, and face-to-face marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit and brand campaigns at live events and promotional activations
Engage with customers and community members in a friendly, professional manner
Answer questions and share campaign, service, and community information
Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and promotional materials
Support marketing and outreach teams during events
Gather customer feedback and track interactions
