We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing events team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about supporting charitable initiatives. You’ll play a key role in promoting nonprofit campaigns, engaging the public, and helping drive community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Public Engagement Connect with individuals at events, retail locations, and high-traffic venues to promote charitable programs and initiatives.
• Campaign Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaign goals, missions, and event details to confidently educate and inform potential supporters.
• Fundraising & Support Growth Encourage donations, event participation, and long-term supporter engagement through meaningful conversations.
• Sales & Business Development Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities related to charity partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation.
• Client Relationship Management Support and manage client accounts while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout each campaign.
• Event Execution Assist with event setup, materials management, and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful campaigns.
• Networking & Partnerships Build relationships with sponsors, vendors, and community partners to expand outreach and impact.
• Performance Tracking Monitor sales goals, track key metrics, and provide feedback to leadership to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, retail, customer service, or nonprofit outreach preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, personable, and confident in public-facing environments
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for community involvement and charitable causes
