We’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing Associates to support nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, live events, and purpose-driven campaigns.

This role is a great fit for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people and want hands-on experience in marketing, events, community outreach, fundraising, and customer engagement.

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training, coaching, and mentorship are provided.

About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns through face-to-face outreach, live events, promotional activities, and public engagement.

You’ll connect with community members, share information about important causes and initiatives, and help create positive experiences that increase awareness and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and purpose-driven brands at events and promotional campaigns
  • Connect with customers, donors, and community members through face-to-face outreach
  • Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and campaign goals
  • Support fundraising, donor engagement, and community awareness initiatives
  • Assist with event marketing, promotions, and campaign activities
  • Build positive professional relationships with members of the community
  • Track basic campaign activity and results using reporting or CRM tools
  • Work with teammates to achieve outreach and campaign goals
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a marketing degree or previous professional experience. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal candidates are:

  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Strong communicators and active listeners
  • Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Team-oriented and professional
  • Interested in marketing, communications, events, fundraising, sales, or community engagement
  • Comfortable working in a public-facing environment

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, marketing, or communications is helpful but not required.
