Client Service Representative – Entry Level
We are a mission-driven organization committed to creating lasting impact through community programs and meaningful donor engagement. As we expand our outreach, we’re looking for a Client Service Representative to be a key liaison between our organization and our valued supporters.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference through exceptional service and relationship-building in the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for donors and community members via phone, email, and written correspondence
Provide timely, courteous, and professional responses to inquiries and requests
Draft and send personalized thank-you notes, acknowledgment letters, campaign updates, and event invitations
Assist in planning and executing community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs
Maintain accurate donor records and confidential information in CRM systems and databases
Track supporter engagement and contribute to reporting on donor relations and campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging
Contribute ideas to improve the donor experience and cultivate long-term relationships
Stay informed on industry best practices in customer service and nonprofit donor engagement
Qualifications:
Passion for nonprofit work, community outreach, or donor relations
Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
