We are a mission-driven organization committed to creating lasting impact through community programs and meaningful donor engagement. As we expand our outreach, we’re looking for a Client Service Representative to be a key liaison between our organization and our valued supporters.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference through exceptional service and relationship-building in the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for donors and community members via phone, email, and written correspondence

  • Provide timely, courteous, and professional responses to inquiries and requests

  • Draft and send personalized thank-you notes, acknowledgment letters, campaign updates, and event invitations

  • Assist in planning and executing community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs

  • Maintain accurate donor records and confidential information in CRM systems and databases

  • Track supporter engagement and contribute to reporting on donor relations and campaign performance

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging

  • Contribute ideas to improve the donor experience and cultivate long-term relationships

  • Stay informed on industry best practices in customer service and nonprofit donor engagement

Qualifications:

  • Passion for nonprofit work, community outreach, or donor relations

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking abilities

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a shared cause
