Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Immediate Hire
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, live events, and community outreach—making a tangible difference in the lives of the people and causes you support.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line ambassador for our nonprofit partners, helping communities engage with social causes and campaigns in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
- Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
- Communicate key messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact
- Educate individuals on campaign goals and ways to get involved
- Build relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
- Uphold company values including integrity, professionalism, and accountability

No prior experience in customer service or nonprofit outreach is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
