We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, fundraising, event coordination, and leadership.

You’ll represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, retail activations, and fundraising initiatives. No extensive experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
• Engage with the public and educate potential donors and supporters about nonprofit missions.
• Build positive relationships while maintaining a professional brand image.
• Assist with the setup and execution of fundraising events and marketing campaigns.
• Work toward individual and team fundraising and campaign goals.
• Track campaign activity and share feedback with management.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, leadership, and business development.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver successful events and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities.
